Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider and the guest for bookings made directly or via external platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com).

 

2. Booking

The booking is considered binding upon written confirmation or payment, depending on the booking channel used.

 

3. Prices, Payment and Tourist Tax

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.

Tourist tax is included in the price unless otherwise stated.

For bookings made via external platforms, the tourist tax is collected according to the rules of the respective platform.

For direct bookings, the tourist tax will be levied in accordance with the applicable municipal regulations.

 

4. Check-in und Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Different times are only possible by prior arrangement.

 

5. Cancellation

For bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation policies of the respective platforms apply.

For direct bookings, the conditions communicated in the booking confirmation apply.

 

6. Use of the accommodation and rules of conduct

  • The accommodation may only be used for residential purposes.
  • Parties, events, and exceeding the agreed number of guests are not permitted.
  • The rules of quiet at night and good coexistence must be observed, especially between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
  • Guests are required to comply with local regulations regarding waste disposal and any applicable house rules.

 

7. Damages

Any damage to the accommodation or its contents must be reported to the operator immediately.

The guest is liable for any damage caused during their stay.

 

8. Liability

The operator accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.

Likewise, no liability is assumed for service outages that are outside the operator's control.

 

9. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

 

10. Legal obligations

Personal data of guests may be transmitted to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal regulations.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is the location of the accommodation, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
