To ensure your stay is pleasant and peaceful, we kindly ask you to do the following:

Please respect the apartment, the furniture and the furnishings.

Report any damage or missing equipment immediately.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment – thank you for your understanding.

Pets are not allowed.


๐Ÿ”• Peace & Parties

Parties and loud music are not allowed – consideration for neighbors is important.


๐Ÿšฒ Usage & Safety

No bicycles allowed inside the apartment, please leave them outside.

You are responsible for the safekeeping of the keys.

By booking, you accept these rules, which also apply to your accompanying persons. A fee may be charged for non-compliance.

Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:

Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge.


๐Ÿ”น No refunds

Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund.


๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We'll be happy to help you find a new date.
