To ensure your stay is pleasant and peaceful, we kindly ask you to do the following:

Please respect the apartment, the furniture and the furnishings.
Report any damage or missing equipment immediately.
🚠No smoking & pets
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment – thank you for your understanding.
Pets are not allowed.
🔕 Peace & Parties
Parties and loud music are not allowed – consideration for neighbors is important.
🚲 Usage & Safety
No bicycles allowed inside the apartment, please leave them outside.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of the keys.
📌 Validity
By booking, you accept these rules, which also apply to your accompanying persons.
A fee may be charged for non-compliance.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:
🔹 Free cancellation
Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge.
🔹 No refunds
Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund.
💡 Tip: Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We'll be happy to help you find a new date.
